Francis Horne Sr
Francis Horne Sr. is a member of the Coast Salish First Nation. He was born in 1954 in Mount Vernon, Washington and raised in Duncan, a small village on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. Francis began carving in 1972 and credits the late Simon Charlie, an accomplished artist and prominent Chief as an influential mentor.
